The graduates completed training in air cabin crew, airport operations, cargo handling, travel and tourism, airline customer service, aviation security, ticketing systems and flight operations and dispatch.

Government Chief Whip Hamson Obua, who officiated as chief guest, congratulated the graduates and urged them to represent Uganda with professionalism.

“You are entering an industry that is both competitive and vital to global connectivity. Carry the Ugandan flag high and always remember that safety, customer service, and discipline are at the heart of aviation,” Obua said.

The graduation comes as Uganda’s aviation sector seeks to expand its skilled workforce to tap into regional and global opportunities, with private academies playing a key role in bridging the skills gap.
